Who we are
Hamm Sourcing is a Bangladesh-based apparel trading and sourcing house. We work as an extension of our buyers' own teams, with experience serving brands and retailers in the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany and across Europe.
Our Managing Director, Mr. Mohibur Rahman, brings deep sector knowledge from his years with the Walmart Bangladesh Liaison Office. Our merchandising, technical and quality team has worked at established sourcing organisations, so we know what global buyers expect on price, quality, compliance and on-time delivery.

Our journey
2016
Hamm Sourcing opens in Dhaka, founded by Mohibur Rahman after his years at the Walmart Bangladesh Liaison Office. First knitwear orders ship to a US importer.
2017
First programs for UK and German buyers. Woven shirts and bottoms join the product range, and the vendor matrix grows to 15 factories.
2018
All partner factories are aligned to BSCI, SEDEX and Accord/RSC safety standards. A dedicated in-house QA/QC team is formed.
2020
We support buyers through the pandemic with virtual sampling, flexible capacity planning and on-time delivery of essential programs.
2022
We launch GRS recycled, organic and OEKO-TEX® certified programs. Higg Index–verified factories join the matrix, and we expand into Canada.
2024
Sweaters, outerwear and workwear become core categories. A design and development studio opens to support buyers' seasonal lines.
2026
45+ certified partner factories, 8+ buyer countries, and a digital order-tracking platform that gives buyers live production visibility.

Before a factory joins our vendor matrix, we audit it for social compliance, building safety, chemical management and environmental performance. We then re-verify each factory on a regular cycle, so every order carries the certifications your brand requires.
